It is looking odds against either of the horses entered over the weekend getting a run. Benefit Cut is in at Market Rasen, but will not run on anything slower than Good To Soft.He has been entered in a Maiden Hurdle in Huntingdon next Wednesday. Tannerman will also only run on a sounder surface and with the rain forecast all over the country on Friday/Saturday it rather looks as though he will not be running either. In the depths of the winter we ran him on soft, but now that the better ground is nearly here we will be patient as Good ground will surely see him in a better light. There are a further 4 races he can be entered in between 16th and 23rd so not too long to wait! Colebrooke gets checked over today - hopefully we can get to the bottom of his problem.
