The snow has returned! Not a nice morning to be on top of the hill on Saturday, but we still made the treck! Blowing and snowing! Not nice, but at least I am not up there every day - I really do feel sorry for Stuart and the girls who have to ride out 3 lots a day in weather like this! It is just a shame that the 2 horses that we have that need a soft surface are finished for the season, and the three that are left all need better ground. It will surley change, but as a word of warning they are forecasting more snow for next weekend! The Kimble Point to Point due to take place on Saturday has already been abandoned. Forthcoming entries will include Benefit Cut (Towcester & Plumpton Sunday and Huntingdon Monday), Tannerman (Fakenham and Plumpton Monday) and Smart Exit (Fakenham Monday) - fingers crossed we get to go somewhere!! More Standing Order Mandates have gone out in the post today - which means new owners for Tannerman and Tara Dancer. There are only a few places left now so don't delay in getting in touch if you would like to join in the fun - remember, Tannerman is fancied to run a very big race next time out - so your first runner could well be your first winner!!
