Monday 10 October

The autumn is when the stars of the future go under the hammer at a range of venues across the UK, Europe and America. Last week was the most prestigious of them all in Newmarket where 11 yearlings made 7 figure sums! This week is a notch down from those heady heights, but they will still make heaps of money! I will be there, but the hand will be firmly in the pocket!! Thursday I will head to Uttoxeter to see Apasionado who is still on course to run there. This morning, Stuart will make the short trip to The Elms to collect the 3 yr old filly by Flemensfirth who was purchased in the spring. She is a lovely athletic filly, who is close;ly related to top hurdler Macs Joy, and is a very exciting prospect. There is just one of the 6 shares remaining in her - please have a look at her on the For Sale Page for further details. Her two mates at the Elms, the 3 yr old Kalanisi of Paul Wells, and the 3 yr old by Ballingarry of Ben Turners will head to Fences in about 10 - 14 days.
