Many thanks to all of those who gave so generously at Stuarts Owners Day on Sunday. Stuart had employed his 'Rottweiler' Niamh Brown to carry a bucket that was just about as big as her among those assembled and collect money in aid of The Injured Jockeys Fund. As Stuart mentioned on the day - out of the 3 jockeys that were due to attend - one couldn't due to injury, one only just managed it (in great pain) due to injury, leaving just one fit one - so it just went to show what an important charity this is. In total just over £450.00 was raised, and NBR are delighted to round this up to £500.00 - and a cheque will be going in the post to the IJF tomorrow.
